• • To be able to claim the reward, Participants are requested not to register their mobile number for DND (Do Not Disturb) or NDNC (National Do Not Call) as all program communications will be done through SMSs. If you have already registered for DND or NDNC, you may need to de-register to receive SMS updates.
• • Please note that these rewards come with definite validity and are subject to standard terms and conditions detailed in the coupon. No claims or demands shall lie against 3M and its affiliates (“Us”) if the issued reward is not redeemed/transacted within its’ validity period.
• • The program rewards will be issued by computerized system after checking validity of the unique coupon code. In case if the coupon code is already re-deemed / being re-deemed repeatedly, Participant will receive error message and there will be no reward issued for duplication. It is responsibility of the Participant to check that the coupon code is not tampered/revealed at the time of purchase of product.
• • The rewards mentioned are representative of the offer.
• • We make no warranties or representations either expressed or implied, about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount/benefit or the products/services by the issuer. All claims must be directed to the issuers directly.
• • No claims or demands shall lie against us in case of fraudulent redemption/transaction of the reward. Participants’ requests / complaints received in this regard shall not be entertained.
• • The eligible rewards shall be shared in digital form only and no physical copy of the reward will be issued. Rewards are available only for Mobile numbers registered in India. No rewards will be issued to contacts outside India.
• • Reward once issued cannot be exchanged for any other reward or its equivalents under any circumstances.
• • Reward will be delivered after verification of coupon code by computerized system. In case of unforeseen delays, a SMS notification will be sent with expected time for issue of reward.
• • 3M or its Authorized agency shall not be held responsible for any delay whatsoever in crediting the Paytm account of the Participant with the Reward due to network issues or any issues with the Paytm service.
• • The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.

Program Terms & Conditions:
- Mobile service provider charges shall apply to the Participant for sending SMS and for registering under the program.
- Participant must have a registered Paytm account with due KYC compliance to redeem the reward.

By using the Coupon provided with 3M product or redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a Participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).

•     • The conditions mentioned below are applicable for the Offer which will be valid from 1^st October 2019 to 31^st March 2020 (hereinafter referred to as “Program Period”).
•     • These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by 3M.
•     • The Offer is valid on products sold only in select stores and in select cities.
•     • No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Program Period.
•     • Customer can purchase any number of offer products, mentioned below, to avail multiple rewards. The Product list is given below under - “Products included in this program”.
•     • Offer is valid only on products carrying offer sticker and redemptions made within the program period i.e. 01-Oct-2019 to 31-Mar-2010. Stock without this offer will not be eligible for this reward.
•     • The offer automatically stands discontinued after Program period, and no rewards can be redeemed if the product with the offer is purchased post offer period.
•     • Rewards under this program are non-transferable.
•     • We reserve the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdrawn the program at any point of time with/without prior notice.
•     • We shall not be liable for ensuring continued availability of the products covered under the Program. We shall invoice the products to the retailers, subject to the availability and on ‘first come first served’ basis.
•     • We shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the program or using any reward.
•     • The Program is subject to prevailing applicable law and regulations. In the event, that the program cannot be continued without total compliance of the prevailing law at any point of time, program shall be deemed to be discontinued forthwith from the date when the amended law restricting / prohibiting the program comes into force, without any liability or consequences.
•     • By participating in the Program, Participant agrees to receive program notifications, information, communications related to 3M products and other promotional programs.
•     • By Participating in the Program, you are giving us your consent to -use the information that you provide for the enrolment to the Program (such as your contact number, service provider, circle details etc.), together with any information relating to your transactions, purchases made of 3M Products, rewards information for:
  o Administering the Program
  o Statistical analysis
  o Sending you news of our special events, offers, promotions, audio visuals and magazines either by post, email, SMS or through any social network and
  o Sharing it with 3M for all the above purposes
•     • No claim or demand shall lie against 3M or its affiliates under any circumstances whatsoever.
•     • Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bengaluru.
