Nebia

Nebia was looking for an adhesive to assemble a better showered that would also use less water. They tested several options - and chose to use 3M VHB Tape.

(SPEECH) [MUSIC PLAYING] The idea behind Nebia was to really make a better experience product that was better for the world. It's a shower that is better designed, that feels better, and uses 65% less water. The experience with Nebia has started off with us trying to identify materials to mount their device. So we started off with that material testing and evaluation with the support of 3M and 3M's lab. We learned quickly how many different types of double sided tape there are, and you learn that they solve some really tough problems in really elegant ways. We wanted something that would work the first time and work every time after that. And 3M VHB was our answer for that. In 24 hours, I got a samples-- different sizes, different thicknesses. Having a specific cut apart means you can actually have a geometry that fits your product. It basically save us. Whether it was the GM of their facility, who would get on the phone with me to troubleshoot, whether it was their local rep who would drive to our office to drop off samples, they were willing to go the extra mile, and we shipped our product to our customers because of them. Great partners are the ones who are standing beside you, and they're like, well, let's figure it out. [MUSIC PLAYING]
