EMI absorbing performance

3M™ EMI Absorbers and Magnetic Shielding Materials provide targeted permeability and magnetic loss level for high performance at operating frequencies up to 10 GHz.

Frequency range is where the imaginary part of the permeability graph exceeds ~50% of its maximum value.

Target frequency range is a narrower range of frequencies for peak performance in key applications (ie. LTE, Wi-Fi).
Magnetic shielding performance

3M EMI/EMC shielding solutions include materials that deliver targeted permeability for frequencies under 3 MHz and excellent broad frequency EMI absorbing performance from 200 MHz – 4 GHz.
