3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FT 2350 is a 68.6% fluorine terpolymer of vinylidene fluoride, hexafluoropropylene, and tetrafluoroethylene. This product has medium-high viscosity and broad temperature and chemical resistance. Dyneon fluoroelastomer FT 2350 also offers a proprietary incorporated cure technology that may help create more consistent part size from successive mold cycles.

Excellent Temperature Resistance and Tensile Strength
3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FT 2350 is a terpolymer of vinylidene fluoride, hexafluoropropylene, and tetrafluoroethylene. It can be compounded using standard water cooled internal mixers or two roll mills with standard fillers and ingredients utilized in typical fluoroelastomer formulations. The dry ingredients should be blended before adding to the masticated gum. For best results, Dyneon fluoroelastomer FT 2350 should be banded on the mill several minutes prior to adding the blended dry ingredients. Once mixed, the compounded stocks have good scorch resistance and storage stability.

Importantly, our Dyneon fluoroelastomer FT 2350 offers broad chemical and temperature resistance, as well as very good tensile strength to help increase product durability and longevity. This product stands apart from others due to its proprietary incorporated cure (terpolymer gumstock) technology that may help create more consistent part size from successive molding cycles. With these attributes, Dyneon fluoroelastomer FT 2350 can be used in a number of applications, including compression molding, transfer molding and calendering.

The Right Size to Fit the Job
This product is sold in different sizes, so compounders and formulators can pick the right size for the job. Dyneon fluoroelastomer FT 2350 is packaged in milled slab form (as opposed to unmilled forms like crumb) and is available in a returnable bulk shipping container system for 1,320 Ibs (600 kg) of material. The bulk container system is comprised of 48 individual polyethylene bags containing 27.5 Ibs (12.5 kg) of product. Smaller quantities are available in 55.1 Ibs (25.0 kg) boxes.
