3M™ Dyneon™ Peroxide Cure Fluoroelastomer FPO 3520 is a terpolymer of vinylidene fluoride, hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene with a 66% fluorine content. This fluoroelastomer (FKM) offers improved water, steam and base resistance over conventional fluoroelastomers.
A Unique FKM
In addition to its improved water, steam and base resistance, 3M™ Dyneon™ Peroxide Cure Fluoroelastomer FPO 3520 can be used in blends with other peroxide curable elastomers. Additionally, Dyneon peroxide cure fluoroelastomer FPO 3520 is capable of vulcanization by peroxides, diphenols and diamines.
Dyneon FPO 3520 is packaged in slab form and is available in 55.1 Ib (25.0 kg) boxes.
