Excellent for High Performance Splicing 3M™ Double Coated Blue Tissue Tape 97055 is a 4.3 mil double-sided tape mounted featuring a pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive that offers a balance of high initial adhesion and good holding power. It adheres well to kraft and coated papers, and is commonly used for high performance splicing on paper, films and other continuous web processes. A non-woven tissue carrier add stability. This tape offers excellent temperature performance in various applications. A 55-lb. densified kraft paper liner adds moisture resistance. This product is offered in two colors – clear and red. The red version can be used for visible splicing applications.
