3M™ Evaporation Boat Trimet is a three-component evaporation boat made of 3M™ Titanium Diboride, 3M™ Boron Nitride and 3M™ Aluminum Nitride. It can be used on all generations of vacuum coaters and is very easy to handle – even for inexperienced operators.

Available in various dimensions, it is also the only 3M evaporation boat that can be made with a length up to one meter.
