Designed to help improve automotive plant productivity, the Humidity Sensor Bracket HS01 with 3M™ Structural Bonding Tape is supplied pre-taped and ready for long-term application. It features 3M™ Structural Bonding Tape 9263, developed specifically for bonding rear-view mirror buttons and hardware to windshield glass. This combination of tape and bracket is compatible with manual and automated manufacturing processes or commercially available autoclave processes.

About 3M™ Structural Bonding Tape 9263
Our 3M™ Structural Bonding Tape forms an exceptionally reliable bond with glass, which can help minimize consumer-related warranty issues. 3M™ Structural Bonding Tape 9263 is a 0.63 mm thick tape, formulated for bonding hardware and accessories to automotive glass. The tape features a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) which allows for immediate attachment and fixturing. It is then heat cured to develop structural strength for a long-term bond. The tape color changes from black to matte gray after curing.
