3M™ Scotchcast™ 78-R Series Re-Enterable Signal and Control Cable Splicing Kit includes four 4460–S shield connectors, 2123 insulating and sealing compound and electrical tape 23. This versatile splicing kit has a reusable, transparent PVC splice body that is filled with a clear, polybutadiene compound. It is perfect for inline, wye, X or butt splicing, direct burial applications, indoor or underground systems, joining cable reel ends, cable failures and dig ins. RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
