3M™ Scotch® Tape 27 is a 7-mil thick, woven, glass cloth electrical tape. This abrasion-resistant tape provides electrical insulation up to 600V as well as mechanical protection at high temperatures. The tape has a pressure-sensitive, thermosetting, rubber adhesive that offers optimized adherence. It withstands temperatures up to 302 degrees F (150 degrees C).
3M™ Scotch® Tape 27 Edge Tear Resistant Tape is suitable for applications that require the corrosion free protection of specially treated, woven, glass cloth, as well as the high tensile strength of glass that will not shrink, rot or burn. This tape is designed to provide heat stable insulation for furnaces, motor lead connectors, switches and oven controls. UL Listed, CSA Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
