3M™ Cold Shrink QS4 Integrated Splice QS4-15SP-QCI-350-750-BCA

3M™ QS4-15SP Series Cold Shrink Integrated Splice Kit with shearbolt connector, is a 15 kV-class inline splice to join JCN, flat strap neutral, tape shield and LC power cables. Cold shrink design fits type MV-90 or MV-105 cables with aluminum or copper conductors while ensuring easy installation. The silicone-rubber construction offers good high- and low-temperature performance.

With this splice, 3M is introducing our easy-to-use yellow core and rejacketing tube. We incorporated our smooth-edged shield sock (non-fraying ends) with optional customizable ground braid. The Shielded Power (SP) inline splice kits below are designed for joining Jacketed Concentric Neutral (JCN), Flat Strap Neutral, Tape Shield and Longitudinally Corrugated (LC) power cables. The splice includes a 4 AWG, four-foot long integrated ground braid for attaching to an external ground (factory installed ground braid extends approximately four feet beyond the end of the rejacketing after installation). Note: Cable sizes shown below are for standard insulation thickness.
