Designed for use in weather-exposed or direct-burial locations. For making inline (straight) splices on unshielded, synthetic insulated cables rated up to a maximum of 5kV and for multiple conductor cables rated up to a maximum of 1kV. UL Listed for direct burial and submerged applications up to 600 volts and 90°C.
3M™ Scotchcast™ Inline Resin Power Cable Splice Kits 82-AN Series includes a mold body, pouring spouts, Scotch® Rubber Splicing Tape 23 and 3M™ Scotchcast™ Electrical Insulating Resin 4N. It is perfect for splicing non-shielded submersible cables and single conductor or multiple conductor portable cables. UL listed for direct burial and submerged applications up to 600V and 90 °C. For use with UL listed connectors only. RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
