They help improve performance by energizing airflow around the surface of the blade. This helps reduce flow separation and increases the energy generating performance of the entire turbine. 3M™ Wind Vortex Generators are made of durable thermoplastic and feature 3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape for bonding to the blade surface. 3M Acrylic Foam Tapes are made with high performance acrylic adhesives, providing excellent long-term durability and holding power.
