Annual Service plan

1. For Whole House Water Filtration and Scale Prevention Systems :

Ensure longer and better maintenance of 3M Whole House Water filtration and 3M Scale Prevention Systems through our annual service plans.
Signing up for the service plans would ensure regular visits from 3M trained professionals to clean the cartridges hence preventing early choking and extending cartridge life hence preventing early choking and extending cartridge life

Essential Cartridge Care

By paying 6490/- in a year you ensure

 
  • Service at your doorstep to clean the cartridges, limited to a maximum of 8 visits
  • Service at doorstep in case of any system breakdown
** Any spare replacement needed to rectify the problem will be chargeable.

Extensive Cartridge Care

For centralized installations where 5 or more than 5 systems have been installed for the whole house/apartment/villa community , by paying 19990/- in a year you ensure

 
  • Service at your doorstep to clean the cartridges, limited to a maximum of 24 visits
  • Service at doorstep in case of any system breakdown
** Any spare replacement needed to rectify the problem will be chargeable.

What Happens if I do not opt for any Maintenance Contract?

You will be charged Rs. 500/- (excl. of taxes) for every service visit needed to rectify problem in your cartridge based system.

*Any spare replacement needed to rectify the problem will be chargeable once the warranty period is over. Spare replacements needed within warranty period will be subject to terms and conditions under the Warranty claim

2. For Fully Automatic Water Softeners

If you have purchased any of 3M Automatic Water Softeners ( SFT-200, SFT-200Fe, IAWTS-28L,IAWTS42L,IAWTS-57L) from any of our authorized dealers, you can now avail any of the below annual service plans that best suits your requirement and ensure a trouble free experience even if warranty for the Fully Automatic Water Softener purchased by you has expired.

What are my options for an Annual Service Plan?

We have four options of that you can choose from. Please find the details below.

Essential Softener Care

By paying Rs. 4990 in a year you ensure

 
  • Service at doorstep in case of any system breakdown
  • Two free inspection visits to check the health of the system
** Any spare replacement needed to rectify the problem will be chargeable.

Pro Softener Care

By paying Rs.10990 in a year you ensure

 
  • Service at doorstep in case of any system breakdown
  • 2 mandatory scheduled visits in a year to check the health of the softener
  • Free of cost spare replacements (refer to T&C for exclusions)

Pro Plus Softener Care

By paying Rs.24,990 in a year you ensure

 
  • Service at doorstep in case of any system breakdown
  • Service at your doorstep to refill salt at no additional salt cost, limited to a maximum of 12 visits
  • Free replacement of spare parts (refer to T&C for exclusions)

Salt Filling Softener Care (for systems within Warranty)

By paying Rs. 9990 right after your purchase (i.e. while your system is still within Warranty) you ensure that right from the first day you sit back and enjoy the experience of soft water without having to worry about refilling salt. This includes

 
  • Service at your doorstep to refill salt (salt cost at actuals to be charged additionally), limited to a maximum of 12 visits
  • Service at doorstep in case of any system breakdown

What Happens if I do not opt for any MC?

You will be charged Rs. 1000/- (excl. of taxes) for every service visit needed to rectify any softener related problem

**Any spare replacement needed to rectify the problem will be chargeable once the warranty period is over. Spare replacements needed within warranty period will be subject to terms and conditions under the Warranty claim

Terms & Conditions:

 
  • 3M products installed at the site must be in good working condition and the same should be certified by the Authorised Service Provider of 3M before this contract becomes effective. If upon inspection, the Unit/s are found faulty or replacement of spares is required, actual one-time service charges/replacement costs shall apply
  • Free spare part replacement is limited to 3M Fully Automatic Water Softeners only excluding
    • - Adaptors
    • - Resin top up
    • - Plastic parts
    • - Damage to spare parts caused due to misuse, physical or accidental damage
  • 3M products installed at the site should be made available for servicing as per the visit schedule agreed between Customer and Authorised Service provider in advance. Failure to do so will be treated as service lapsed.
  • The amount charged towards the Annual Maintenance Contract is only towards service charges. For Repairs and/or replacement of Spares, consumables or any component, extra charges shall apply.
  • This contract is not transferable and NOT redeemable for cash or equivalent under any circumstances
  • The amount paid towards the Annual maintenance contract is non-refundable
Limitation of liability: All claims, actions, damages under this Annual Maintenance Agreement shall be limited to value of this Contract under all circumstances. There shall be no claims against 3M Electro & Communication India Pvt. Ltd. All disputes shall be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.

Warranty

Warranty for products of 3M Home Water Solution sold by 3M Electro and Communication Pvt. Ltd. are limited to one (1) year for the entire product and filter cartridge from the date of purchase by the consumer, provided the installation of the product is performed by 3M Authorized personnel, subject to exclusions and limitations mentioned in the warranty card attached along with the user manual

To file a claim under this warranty you must complete product registration by calling 3M at 1800-425-425-000 or register on the 3M Website within ten (10) days of installation date.

In your communication to 3M to notify any defect, malfunction etc., kindly provide the following details by contacting us on 1800-425-425-000

1. Product involved (by model or serial number)
2. Specifying where, when and from whom the Product was purchased.
3. Describing the nature of the defect, malfunction or other violation of this Warranty
