Our SCMs are mined and processed in Wausau, Wisconsin and Corona, California. 3M’s Natural Pozzolan can be used as a partial cement replacement, in a binary or ternary mix, that includes fly ash or slag cement.
3M Natural Pozzolan is already approved in two state DOT material lists: The California Department of Transportation (CalTrans) includes NP200C on their list of Authorized Cementitious Materials For Use in Concrete; and the Ohio Department of Transportation includes NP100W on their Qualified Products List for Concrete Mix Design. 3M anticipates that more state approvals will follow.
